Once you’ve completed your Online Application, you must submit your supporting documents:

Povicom can only assess your application once we have your documents. You can:

  1. Email your documents to info@povicom.co.za                                                                or
  2. Whatsapp your documents to Povicom at 069 342 3059 

** The whatsapp line is only for forwarding documents, after completing your online application, if you are unable to email your documents. If you have questions, please call the office at 021-761 0707 or email your questions to info@povicom.co.za – please do not send your queries via whatsapp.

Please remember!

  • Send your documents as soon as possible.
  • If you don’t have all your supporting documents immediately, send your ID copy and most recent payslip immediately and send the rest of your documents within 5 days.
  • You can send photos of your documents if they are clear and no parts of the document/s are cut off.
  • If you email your documents, put your name and surname in the subject line. If you whatsapp your documents, first text your name and surname and follow with your documents.
  • The Assessor will inform you when the credit check fee is payable.
  • The Assessor will inform you when the criminal record clearance is required.
